Shipping Policy
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 5 business days. During periods of high demand, such as holidays or large order volumes, processing may take up to 3 additional business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information.
We ship all orders using USPS. Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. Most packages arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping, though actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and any potential delays within the USPS network.
At this time, we only ship to addresses within North America, including the United States, Canada, and Mexico. We do not offer international shipping outside of North America.
Local pickup is available in Newhall, Iowa. If you select local pickup during checkout, we will contact you via email to schedule a pickup time that works for you.
Please note that once your order has been handed off to USPS, we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We do our best to package orders securely, but any issues that arise during shipping should be addressed directly with USPS. We also encourage all customers to double-check their shipping information before completing their order, as we cannot be held responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses.
